Garden to Table: An Officer's Meal at Prescott Farm

Relive the history of the 1700s as you dine like the officers who occupied Prescott Farm during the Revolutionary War. Chef Ian McIntyre (The Rhumbline) has created a menu inspired by traditional New England cookery, showcasing the heirloom varieties found in the site's kitchen and herb gardens. Watch the sunset while sipping rum punch and dining in the tranquility of the apple orchard.

This event is part of a series of three Garden to Table programs held at NRF's historic sites. Each evening begins with a short guided stroll through the garden where you will learn about gardening techniques and traditional foods. Then enjoy wonderful food and drink prepared by renowned local chefs and inspired by flavors of the past.
